Billing Help

If you need to update a card, cancel your subscription, or review your billing status, go to the billing section inside your dashboard settings.

If something looks wrong with a charge, email support@bedtimesuperhero.com and include the email address tied to your account.

Story Delivery Issues

If nightly stories do not arrive, first confirm that your subscription is active and that at least one child profile is marked active in your account.

Also check spam or promotions folders, especially right after signup. If delivery is still missing, contact support and we will investigate.

Account And Profile Support

Parents can manage child profiles, story preferences, and account details from the dashboard. If you need help updating or removing profile data, contact us directly.

When emailing support, include enough detail for us to identify your account and understand the issue quickly.
